Earl Loo had hooked us up on a fabulous vacation to the Cook Islands. Two islands, lagoon cruises, flights and transfers . All the details were handled by him. It was exceptional!

I wanted to give a big Mahalo to Vanessa and ultimate vacations for helping make my recent travel arrangements to Christmas island possible, for my fishing expedition there. It was a complicated itinerary, but Vanessa brought it all together and made sure I could get there and get back home in one piece! There was a bad weather delay going to San Francisco on the way down, and I was at risk of missing the once a week flight to Christmas Island, but she worked with United Airlines to help get me on a later flight that was filling up fast.

The Paul Gauguin cruise to the Society Islands was by far, the best vacation of our lives. The personalized service, genuine care and attitude of the crew, fabulous food and drinks far exceeded our expectations. I used Ultimate Vacations to book a trip to Italy for my wife and me in the Spring of 2019. Not only was it my first time to visit Italy, it was also the first time for me to use a travel agent. Up to now I had always booked everything on my own. From the very beginning, Ultimate Vacations manager Earl Loo took a personal interest in our plans and asked pertinent questions about our interests and travel styles. From that information, he put together a really interesting itinerary for us that included airport transfers, hotel reservations, train travel and guided tours—in other words, the nuts and bolts of travel that are necessary for a good experience. The trip went smoothly and everything he recommended and booked for us was perfect. I was impressed with the knowledge, experience and intuition that he brings his clients. In this time when travel has become so highly stressful, it was a welcome relief to use a skilled professional to book our travel. More than that, however, I feel I made a friend who will always be available for help with future travel plans.

Earl was able to get everything we wanted to do while we were in New Zealand. We had a couple problems while we were there, but he helped us out and everything worked out. I would definitely recommend him and ultimate vacations!

We really enjoyed our vacation you arranged for us. So much so that we asked you extend it by 2 days! We both fell in love with the Big Island and are planning on returning soon to spend more time and to explore all the places we didn’t have time to visit.
We would to spend more time at the Kilauea Lodge it was so relaxing and centrally located. We also think that the Kona Coast needs more of our attention as well.
Hilo was interesting (especially Banyan Drive) and we feel that that would be someplace we could linger a little longer.

xmas island is a very special place-fishing was very good-the villages was pretty well run the rooms were clean and taken car every day-great guides with great eye for spotting bone fish- will go back and Earl you did a good job
